smilogy Aged Care (including Advance Oral) has been engaged to assess residents’ dental/oral health needs in the comfort of their residence.
While visits can be arranged for individual residents on request/ subject to their individual oral health requirements, by participating in this facility-wide annual assessment program, the cost of the assessment is reduced.
The cost of this service is $42.00 and includes a comprehensive written report detailing current conditions, suggested care and treatment recommendations. The cost is payable by the resident. Where the resident is a Veteran Affairs Gold Card holder, this service is free.
We consider oral care an important part of the holistic care and wellbeing of our residents, many of whom are unable to access external oral health assessment services. It is important that we take measures to ensure that dental/oral health needs are addressed.
